[녹취: 맥스웰 연구원] “It provides an ability for second source confirmation of information and both North Korea as well as capabilities and intent of China, and so it is really an important document that enhances the ability of the intelligence services in the military to understand the threats that exists. Both countries have different capabilities so they help fill in the gaps in intelligence by sharing information.”
