The Republic of Korea can only live by throwing away Moon Jae In
(Seoul Street Rally Speech held by the Liberty Korea Party on August 24, 2019)
Dear Patriotic citizens who are unable to sleep on the brink of extinction of South Korea! I am the member of Strategic Committee for the KORGAD (Korea Retired Generals and Admirals Defending the Nation) and the former ROK Army Lt. Gen. Shin Won Sik. Moon Jae In systematically tears down the national security since his inauguration, and finally he withdrew from the General Security of Military Information Agreement, so-called GSOMIA.

The withdrawal of GSOMIA is a highway for the withdrawal of the ROK-US alliance and not to mention the breakdown of ROK-JPN (Korea-Japan) friendly relations. Moon Jae in and his cohort do acknowledge these outcomes. They delayed the decision (of withdrawal of GSOMIA) a bit because of concern for the backfire but all of sudden why they decided to withdraw the GSOMIA?

It is because they (Moon and his cohort) want to cover up and manipulate the issue of Cho Kuk with Anti-Japanese sentiments of the people. But the more concrete reason is that the Moon Jae In and his cohort subvert the Republic of Korea and bring it to Kim Jong Un. Cho Kuk issue accelerated the process of subversion for the Moon administration. Moon Jae In is throwing away the Republic of Korea and rather taking care of scumbag Cho Kuk and murderer Kim Jong Un. Now is the time for the Republic of Korea to throw away the Moon Jae In.

Moon Jae In is exploiting the 3 major weapons to destroy the Republic of Korea. First, Moon Jae In used candlelight revolution to demolish the continuum of the Republic of Korea and denied the institutional basis of democratism. Second, Moon Jae In is pushing the Republic of Korea towards the economic depression by destroying free-market capitalism. Third, Moon Jae In is disarming the overall capability of self-defense of the Republic of Korea because of Kim Jong Un’s wellbeing. This endangered the life of South Koreans and the national existence of South Korea.

Unless you pay attention to the entire sabotage, Moon Jae In’s disarming national security activities look like all separate and unlinked. However, these activities are all closely linked and executed with a careful plan. Since the beginning of the Moon administration, in order to block any possible resistance for the disarmament of the national security within the defense domain, they initiated media scapegoat: Army General’s housekeeing soldier incident, Korea Cyber Command’s allegation of political intervene, Park Geun Hye admin’s martial law allegation, and Former NIS’s Surveillance abuse allegation. These are all pre-planned humiliation and warning to the national security arena.

Based on this, National Security chiefs of Korea obeyed to the Moon administration and removed our ideology of the main enemy, North Korea from the security principle and degraded the military combat-ready morale. After achieving the degradation of intangible power of the national security: morale and spirit, Moon Jae In initiated the degradation of tangible power of the national security: military defense systems.

July of 2018, Ministry of Defense released the complete failure, Defense Reform 2.0 which contained the detailed plans for degradation of the national defense. September of the same year, Ministry of Defense signed the treasonous Inter-Korean Military Agreement with North Korea which made the ROK defense system useless. Now, the South Korean army is unable to protect the people and not even protect themselves, they are a bunch of boy scouts.

The ROK-US alliance is no different. The withdrawal of strategic assets to Seoul and weakened ROK-US combined exercises ended up leaving only 3 branches: GSOMIA, Wartime Operational Control (OPCON) and the US Forces in Korea (USFK). But now, one of three branches, GSOMIA cut by the Moon Jae In and his cohort. Nothing is going to stop the ‘Kim Jong Un-worshiping’ Moon and his faction. It is our turn to respond, whether we want it or not, we stand in front of the door of truth. A decision of “live or die,” or “freedom or slavery,” is facing us and we must decide either one of two. This is the historical legacy and the choice of civilization which we cannot bare the two. This is the déjàvu of the Korean War on June 25th, 1950 and a return match (between the Democracy Versus Communism).

Previous indoor rallies at the national assembly were the peripheral front of revolution. The main theater of revolution is right here, the square. This Sejong center is the Northern battleground at Daegu, Tabudong (Battle of Tabudong)! Gwanghwamun is the P'ohang-dong and An'gang-ni (Battle of Kyongju)! Where Seoul City Hall is the Masan Jindong hill! (Battle of Masan) Where we all stand is the Nakdong River! (Battle of Pusan Perimeter)

We must defeat them so we can have Incheon landings and we can fill our canteen  from the Yalu River. Korean War is an unfinished war but we must end 70 years of the ongoing war with our final victory. This square where we stand is the pivot of the counterattack.

I appeal to all right-wing patriotic citizens led by the Liberty Korea Party. No later than the end of this year, we must pull Moon Jae In out of the driver seat of the Republic of Korea.

There is a famous quote in 1776 when the people of the US fought against the superpower, Britain fearlessly for independence. “Give me Liberty or give me death!” This was the scream of Patrick Henry. We should do the same by saying “Give me Moon Jae In’s resign or give me death!” If Moon Jae In continues his position, then we should say “Give me impeachment (of Moon) or give me death” to win the general election. Victory for the opposition party is not to accumulate the seats to stop the leading party’s constitutional amendment but the impeachment of Moon Jae In.

Dear patriotic people! If we gather our ardent cry and the brevity of ‘no fear of dying,’ we can change the history. We must stop the liaison between Moon Jae In and Kim Jong Un and accomplish the unification under democracy and rebirth of the miracle on the Han river. The entire civilization of democracy is on our side. Don’t lose your hope and brevity for the fight.
I warn Moon Jae In and his cohort. Get out of Kim Jong Un’s arms and come back to the Republic of Korea immediately. If not, only impeachment, resignation, and death await you.

We often criticize Ye Wanyong for betraying Korea to Japan. But as a matter of fact, Korea at that time was too weak to sustain its independence from Japan. Ye Wanyong was a betrayer but we must admit we were weak and Japan was stronger. But Moon Jae In is giving the well-developed Republic of Korea to failed and developing North Korea. This is even worse than Ye Wanyong and unacceptable. Moon Jae In is the worst betrayer of five thousand years of Korean history. Manipulation of Anti-Japan sentiments and the withdrawal of GSOMIA are a part of the long-term strategy of Moon Jae In. He only concerns about the well-being of Kim Jong Un and his own benefits. Again, the Republic of Korea will die unless we throw away Moon Jae In.

Lastly, let’s share the mindset of ‘unification under democracy and determine to live as free men,’ thus I would like to end my speech with a shout of the slogan. Let’s repeat three times. I shout “Moon Jae In,” you shout “betrayer,” and I say “impeachment,” you shout “that’s what we want.”

대한민국이 사라질 위기에 잠 못 이루시는 애국 시민 여러분! ‘대한민국수호예비역장성단’ 전략위원 예비역 육군 중장 신원식입니다. 문재인은 취임 초부터 우리 안보를 조직적으로 허물다가 급기야 한일 군사정보보호협정, 일명 지소미아를 파기했습니다.

지소미아 파기는 한일관계 파탄을 넘어 결국 한미동맹 해체의 고속도로입니다. 이걸 모를 리 없는 문재인 일당이 얼마 전까지만 해도 역풍이 무서워 망설이다가, 왜 갑자기 파기를 결심했을까요?

 철면피 조국으로 인한 정치적 위기를 반일 종족주의 선동으로 덮기 위해섭니다. 그러나 그보다 더 본질적인 이유는 원래 문재인 일당의 의도가 대한민국을 파괴해 김정은에게 나라를 갖다 바치는 데 있기 때문입니다. 조국 사태로 인해 그 시기가 앞당겨졌을 뿐입니다. 문재인은 쓰레기 조국과 살인마 김정은을 위해 대한민국을 버렸습니다. 이제 대한민국이 문재인을 버려야 할 때가 왔습니다.

 문재인은 세 가지 흉기로 대한민국을 파괴하고 있습니다. 첫째, 대한민국의 정신적 토대인 자유민주주의를 부정하고, 촛불 난동으로 국가의 계속성을 파괴했습니다. 둘째, 자유시장경제를 파괴해 대한민국을 가난으로 내몰고 있습니다. 셋째, 김정은의 행복을 위해 안보체계를 전방위적으로 해체해서 국가와 국민을 죽음으로 내몰고 있습니다.

 문재인 일당의 안보 파괴행위는 주의를 기울이지 않으면 각각 별개로 보입니다. 그러나 실은 매우 치밀한 계획에 따라 착착 진행돼 왔습니다. 정권 초기부터 국방태세 해체에 대한 군 내부 반발을 차단하기 위해 공관병 갑질, 사이버 사 댓글, 계엄령 모의와 민간인 사찰 등 군 겁주기와 망신주기로 포문을 열었습니다. 비겁한 군 고위층이 납작 엎드리자 군인정신과 군 기강을 무너트리고 주적(主敵) 개념을 없앴습니다. 이렇게 눈에 보이지 않는 ‘무형전투력’의 약화가 큰 저항 없이 순항(順航)하자, ‘유형 전투력’ 약화에 팔을 걷어붙이기 시작했습니다. 지난해 7월 미래 한국군을 약소(弱小)지향으로 만들 망국적 ‘국방개혁 2.0’를 발표한 후, 9월에 현재의 국방력마저 유명무실하게 만드는 이적성 ‘남북 군사합의서’에 서명했습니다. 이제 한국군은 국민 생명은커녕 제 목숨도 못 지키는 청소년 여름 캠프 수준이 됐습니다.

 한미동맹 역시 연합훈련과 전략자산 배치 중단을 시작으로 무너질 대로 무너져 지소미아, 전작권, 주한미군이라는 세 가지 뼈대만 앙상하게 남게 됐습니다. 그런데 이번에 문재인 일당이 지소미아라는 한 기둥을 파괴했습니다. 이는 김정은에 맹종하는 문재인 일당이 막다른 골목에서 막장 승부수를 던졌다는 소립니다. 우리 역시, 원하든 원하지 않든 피할 수 없는 진실의 문 앞에 섰습니다. ‘사느냐 죽느냐’, ‘자유냐 노예냐’하는 민족사의 정통성과 문명의 향배를 놓고 도저히 양립할 수 없는 乾坤一擲(건곤일척)의 싸움이 벌어진 것입니다. 1950년 6월 25일, 6·25 전쟁의 데자뷰요, 리턴매칩니다.

 앞으로 실내에서, 국회에서 하던 투쟁은 부차적인 전선에 불과합니다. 주전장은 광장입니다. 이 세종문화회관은 대구 북방 다부동입니다! 광화문은 기계, 안강, 포항입니다! 시청 앞은 마산 진동고갭니다! 바로 이 일대가 낙동강 방어선입니다! 여기서 이겨야 인천상륙작전이 있고 압록강 물을 수통에 담을 수 있습니다. 6·25 전쟁의 승부는 미완으로 끝났지만, 이제 우리는 70여 년의 긴 싸움에 최종 승리로 종지부를 찍을 때가 왔습니다. 지금 이 광장이 위대한 반격의 출발점입니다.

 저는 자유한국당을 위시해 모든 자유 우파 애국시민들께 호소합니다. 연말까지 문재인 일당이 대한민국의 운전대에서 내려오게 해야 합니다. 1776년 미국이 당시 세계 최강대국인 영국에 맞서 독립을 선언하고 독립전쟁이라는 무모한 도전을 하게 만든 위대한 말 한마디가 있습니다. “자유가 아니면 죽음을 달라”는 패트릭 헨리의 절규입니다. 우리도 “문재인 하야가 아니면 죽음을 달라”고 외치면서 싸웁시다. 문재인이 끝까지 버티면 내년부터는 “탄핵이 아니면 죽음을 달라”고 외치며 총선에서 압승합시다. 개헌저지선이 아니라 탄핵가능선 3분의 2 의석을 목표로 합시다!   

 애국시민 여러분! 우리의 간절한 절규에 사즉생의 위대한 용기가 더하면 역사를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 문재인과 김정은 일당의 야합을 끝장내고 제2의 한강의 기적과 자유 통일을 이룰 수 있습니다. 자유 문명 세계가 다 우리 편입니다. 희망과 용기를 잃지 말고 끝까지 싸웁시다.
 그리고 문재인 일당에게 경고한다. 당장 김정은의 품에 벗어나 대한민국 품으로 돌아오라. 아니면 너희들에게 기다리고 있는 것은 하야, 탄핵, 죽음뿐이다.

 우리는 매국노의 상징으로 이완용을 비난합니다. 그러나 당시 대한제국은 일본에 저항했다 하더라도 일본과 국력 차이가 너무 현저해 독립을 유지하기 어려웠습니다. 이완용이 비록 매국노였지만 한편으론 어쩔 수 없는 측면도 있었던 것이 사실입니다. 그러나 문재인은 세계에서 가장 실패한 독재 왕조집단인 북한에 가장 성공한 부강한 대한민국을 바치려고 합니다. 이완용과 비교도 되지 않는 오천 년 민족사의 가장 악질적인 매국노가 문재인입니다. 더구나 지금은 오로지 김정은과 자신의 이익을 위해 국익을 희생시키는 반일선동을 해 오고 있고 그 연장 선상에서 지소미아 연장을 파기했습니다. 문재인을 버리지 않으면 대한민국이 죽는다는 것을 다시 한번 강조합니다.

끝으로 우리 애국 시민들이 ‘자유인으로 살고, 자유 통일을 이루겠다’라는 각오를 만천하에 밝히는 뜻에서 구호를 세 번 같이 외쳐 보겠습니다. 제가 “문재인”하고 선창하면, 여러분은 “매국노”로 화답해주시고, 이어서 제가 “탄핵이”하면, 여러분은 “답이다”라고 외쳐주십시오.
