대한민국의 자유는 진정 진흙탕속 돼지에게 던져진 진주입니까?


To some people who want to be as happy as pigs in mud!

진흙탕속 돼지처럼 만족해 하기를 원하는 어떤분들에게 !

' Do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces. '

' 너희 진주를 돼지 앞에 던지지 말라 그들이 그것을 발로 밟고 돌이켜 너희를 찢어 상하게 할까 염려하라 ' ( 마태복음 7장 6절 )



Pigs can’t know the real value of your pearls for the life of them. Far from appreciating your generosity and your sacrifice of contributing your precious jewels for their happiness, they will think you throw something uneatable or even harmful, destroy those valuable jewels, and turn against you to tear you to pieces. Pigs, which can’t be happy with your pearls, are happy in mud instead. Thus, even two thousand years ago, Jesus warned us not to throw pigs the fine pears of great value for which you sell everything you have.

돼지들은 여러분이 가지고 있는 진주의(삶을 위한) 참된 값어치를 절대 알 수가 없습니다. 그들을 만족시키기 위해 (행복을 위해) 여러분의 귀중한 보석들을 선사하는 당신의 관대함과 희생에 대하여 감사하기는커녕, 그들은 여러분이 던져준 뭔가를 못 먹을 것으로 또는 심지어 해로운 것으로 생각하여, 그 값진 보석들을 깨부술 것이며, 그리고 여러분에게 대들어 갈기갈기 찢어 놓으려 할 것입니다. 돼지들은 여러분의 진주에 만족할 수가 없으며, 차라리 진흙탕 속에서나 만족해 합니다. 이렇듯, 2000년전에 조차, 예수께서는 여러분이 가진 모든 것을 팔아야 얻을 수 있을 정도로 대단한 가치를 지닌 값진 진주를 돼지에게 던지지 말 것을 우리에게 경고하셨습니다.


My fellow Korean citizens! Let me ask the following questions:

나의 동포되시는 한국 시민들이여 ! 나는 아래와 같은 질문을 드리고자 합니다.

Has the impeachment case against President Roh Moo Hyun, which was dismissed by the Constitutional Court, become your pears cast upon the pigs in mud? Did they trample the impeachment case under their feet? Has reinstated President Roh tried to tear our patriots to pieces?

노무현대통령에 대한 탄핵건이 헌법재판소에 의하여 기각된 것은 진흙탕에 있는 돼지에게 진주를 던져준 꼴이 되지 않았습니까? 그들은 탄핵건을 그들의 발아래에서 짓밟았지요? 복직된 노대통령은 우리 애국자들을 갈갈이 찢으려 하고 있지요?

If all of your answers to the above questions are yes, do you now agree to what Jesus said two thousand years ago, “Don’t give pears to pigs! They will trample the pearls and turn and attack you.”?


위의 질문에 대한 여러분 모두의 대답이 ' 예 ' 라고 하면, 2,000년전 예수께서 '돼지에게 진주일랑은 주지 말아라! 그들은 그 진주를 짓밟고 돌이켜 당신을 공격할 것이다. ' 라고 하신 말씀에 여러분은 지금 동의할 것입니다.

Unfortunately, the same case can be applied to you, my dear Koreans! Just think about the freedom and the economic prosperity of S. Koreans you have enjoyed due to the tears, sweats, and bloods of peoples from the free world who never knew your country and never met your people, as well as your own peoples. Have you heard about the Korean War Veterans Memorial, saying, 'Freedom is not free. Our nation honors sons and daughters who answered the call to defend the country they never knew and the people they never met, '? The Memorial honors those Americans who answered the call, those who worked and fought under the most trying circumstances, and those who gave their lives for the cause of freedom.

친애하는 한국민 여러분 ! 불행스럽게도, 불행히도, 같은 일이 여러분에게 일어나고 있습니다. 여러분이 그간 눈물과 땀과 자유 세계의 형제 그리고 같은 동포들의 피로써 일구고 가꾸어온, 향우하여온 대한민국 국민들의 자유와 경제적 풍요로움에 대해 부디 생각하여 보십시오. 그것은 한국민들은 물론이려니와 한국에 대해 전혀알지 못하던 그리고 한국 국민들을 전혀 만난적도 없었던 자유세계로부터 온 사람들의 땀, 눈물 그리고 피로 인한 것입니다. 여러분들은 ' 자유는 그저 얻어지는 것이 아니다. 우리나라는 알지못하는 나라, 만나본 적도 없는 이들을 지키기 위하여 조국의 부름에 응하였던 아들들과 딸들에게 경의를 표합니다. ' 라고 씌여진 한국전 참전 기념비에 대하여 들어보셨습니까?

그 기념비는 조국의 부름에 응하였던 미국인들에게, 최악의 고통스러운 환경하에서 일하고 싸웠던 이들에게, 그리고 자유를 위하여 자신의 생명을 바쳤던 이들에게 경의를 표하고 있습니다.


My dear Korean citizens!
친애하는 한국시민 여러분 !

Aren’t the freedom and the prosperity of S. Korea pearls to thrown to the pigs in mud? Your answer might be ‘no’, but to me “yes.” It seems to me that S. Korean do not still realize that precious pearls should be thrown to only those who are willing to appreciate, cherish, and love such precious jewels and defend such invaluable jewels against the evil stealers, such as Kim Jong Il, his gang, and his groups working actively in S. Korea under the protection of the current regime. In fact, to me you want to be as happy as pigs in mud, trampling the pearls, and tearing to pieces those who provided you with such valuable jewels, freedom and economic prosperity, and breaking the valuable '50-year blood relationship between the ROK and the US'.

대한민국의 자유와풍요와 번영이 진흙탕속 돼지에게 던져진 진주신세가 된 것은 아닙니까? 여러분들의 대답은 ' 아니오' 일 것이 틀림없지만 제가 볼 적엔 '이미 벌써 예'가 된 것 같습니다.
내가 보기에 대한민국은 아직도 깨닫지 못하는 것 같으며 그것은 바로 그 귀중한 진주가 값비싼 보석임을 기꺼이 인정하고, 귀하게 여기며, 그리고 애호하려는 이들에게만 던져졌어야만 했으며, 또한 김정일과 그의 패거리 그리고 현정권의 비호하에 남한에서 활발히 활동하고 있는 김정일추종집단 같은 악한 도적떼들에 대항하여 값을 매길 수조차 없을 정도로 귀중한 보석들을 지키고자 하는 이들에게 던져졌어야만 했다는 사실입니다.

진실로, 저가 보는 관점에서는 여러분들은 진흙탕속의 돼지처럼 그 진주를 짓밟고서 만족해 하기를 원하는 것으로 보입니다. 그리고, 그토록 값비싼 보석, 자유 그리고 경제적 번영을 제공하여준 이들을 갈기갈기 찢어버리고 소중한 50년간의 한미혈맹을 깨뜨리려는 것으로 밖에는 보이지 않습니다.

Many times, I asked and challenged you to come out of the mud, that is 3s (screen, sex, and sports), to defend the freedom of our homeland against those deceivers who admire the slaughter, Kim Jong Il, who encourage South Korea's self-first (oddly reminiscent of North Korea's juche) philosophy, and who insist the reunification by the lead of a great leader, Kim JI, is the only way to gain the true independence.


여러차례 나는, 인간백정 김정일을 흠모하는 사기꾼들에 대항하여 우리 조국의 자유를 지키기 위하여 3S ( 스크린, 섹스, 스포츠 )의 진흙탕 밖으로 나올 것을 요청하고 그리고 요구하였습니다. 그 사기꾼들은 ( 희한하게도 북한의 주체사상을 연상시키는 ) 남한의 자주사상를 고무격려하고 있으며, 그리고 위대한 지도자 김정일의 지도에 의한 통일만이 참된 독립을 쟁취하는 유일한 길이라고 주장하고 있습니다.

That’s fine to me if you refuse to come out, instead decide to stay in mud and to be as happy as pigs in mud. The only problem is that we, including many Korean-Americans and Americans, can see the slaughter pull you out of the mud soon and take you, who will be still as happy as pigs in the mud, to the butchery. Is the freedom and the economic prosperity, which S. Koreans are enjoying now, really a pearl thrown to pigs in mud? Or a gold ring in a pig's snout?



My dear fellow Koreans! Do you know why freedom/liberty is symbolized by a statue of a lady with a torch? Because it is a thing of beauty that can only be seen when its light shines. Just like an invaluable pearl.

여러분들이 혹여 진흙탕 밖으로 나오기를 거절하고 거기에 머물기로 작심하고, 그래서 진흙탕속 돼지처럼 만족해하려 한다해도, 나로써는 그만입니다. 유일한 문제라고는 바로 인간백정이 여러분들을 곧 진흙탕 밖으로 끌어내어서, 아직껏 진흙탕속 돼지처럼 만족해 하고 있을 여러분들을 도살장에 끌고 가는 것을 (많은 재미교포와 미국인들이 포함된) 우리가 볼 수 있다는 사실입니다. 대한민국이 지금 향유하고 있는 자유와 경제적 번영이 진정 진흙탕속 돼지에게 던져진 진주입니까? 혹은 돼지코에 걸려있는 금반지란 말입니까?

친애하는 동포 한국인들이여! 여러분들은 왜 횃불을 든 여신상이 자유/해방을 상징하는지 아십니까? 왜냐하면 그 여신상은 자신의 빛를 발할 때만 단지 보여질 수 있는 아름다운 작품이기 때문입니다. 마치 값으로 칠 수 없을만큼 귀중한 진주처럼.
