How can Americans worry about S. Korea more than S. Koreans?
어떻게 미국인들이 한국인들보다 더 한국에 대해 걱정할 수가 있나요?
S. Koreans might be the only people in the world whose country other peoples more worry about. Senator McCain, a former prisoner of war in Vietnam, knows what kind of situation the people can face up against, once their country is communized, raised an important issue, for S. Korea, to Defense Secretary Rumsfeld:

한국인들은 올림픽 4강진출에 더 관심이 있는 상황이지만 그는 지금 럼스펠드에게 한국을 위하여 진지한 질문을 던졌던 것입니다.
I am informed that the Roh administration has decided to officially request that the U.S. government extend the time period in which it would reduce USFK by 12,500 men by at least a year. For what? President Roh defined the US troops stationed in YongSan as a symbol of invasion, but now he begged for the extension of the time period? What a shameful gesture the President of S. Korea could make!
내년까지 주한미군을 12500명 감축하는 계획을 더 늦춰달라고 미국정부에 공식적으로 요청하기로 노무현정부가 결정했다는 소식을 들었습니다
무엇 때문에? 노대통령은 용산에 주둔하는 미군이 침략의 상징이라고 규정했는데 지금은 감축시기를 연장시켜달라고 구걸하고 있다니? 한국의 대통령이 하는 얼마나 부끄러운 모습인가?
The S. Korean government believes that if the reduction were forced through as originally scheduled, it could negatively influence the security situation on the Korean Peninsula. Wow, has there been such a nation in the world history that changes its stance so abruptly and so unexpectedly? The Roh’s regime has depicted the US troops as the root of evils to Koreans so far and now changes not only its tone but also its colors.
만일 감축이 원래 계획대로 이루어진다면 그것은 한반도의 안보상황에 부정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 한국정부는 믿고 있습니다.
와우, 그 나라의 태도를 이렇게 급작스레 또 예상밖으로 바꾸는 나라가 또 있었던가?
노정권은 미군을 한국인들에 대한 악의 근원이라고 지금껏 묘사해왔는데 지금은 말하는 어조 뿐만아니라 자신들의 본색마저 마꾸고 있습니다.
A very interesting move to S. Koreans but a painful proposal to Korean-Americans it is!! In addition, after one year, we would see only one Korea in the map? Is that what Roh really implies by requesting such an extension? Watch out! S. Koreans. Should I pray that S. Korean Olympic soccer team lose next game, so that S. Koreans can wake up and see their necks under a big knife?
한국민들에 대한 매우 흥미로운 태도지만 한국계 미국인에게는 아픈 제안입니다!
더우기 1년후에 우리는 지도상에서 하나의 한국만 보게 될 것인가? 이것이 그러한 연장을 요청하면서 노무현이 의도하는 것일까요? 조심하세요! 한국민들.
한국민들이 깨어나서 자신들의 머리위에 드리워진 큰 칼을 볼 수 있도록 , 다음 올림픽 축구경기를 한국이 지는 걸 기도해야할까요?

McCain, a former Navy pilot and prisoner of war in Vietnam, told Rumsfeld he was especially worried about plans to withdraw 12,500 of the 37,000 U.S. troops now in South Korea.
'I hope as some critics allege this is not a retreat to 'Fortress America',' the senator said.
'I am concerned about it and I hope we can get as full an explanation as possible,' McCain added of the realignment plan, that would also bring two heavy armored divisions and 30,000 American troops home from Germany beginning as early as 2006.

Officials in some countries, especially Germany, have voiced major concern over the withdrawal, but Rumsfeld said close consultations were continuing with other nations.

'We have met with a great deal of support in the briefings we've had with our friends, with our allies,' he said.

He stressed that Washington and Seoul were working closely together on moves for South Korea to take a greater role in its defense from North Korea.

Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska told Rumsfeld he was concerned North Korea would misunderstand the move as regional weakness rather than part of a broad realignment of forces.
'The deterrent will not be weakened in any way,' Rumsfeld responded, stressing that modern weaponry such as accurate guided 'smart bombs' had added lethality to joint defense of South Korea.
The United States currently stations about 110,000 troops in Europe and another 100,000 in the Asia-Pacific.

개인과 개인간에도 소소한 갈등은 항상 있게 마련이다. 없는 놈 손들어보라고 해라 당연히 국가간에도 없을수가 없다. 이러한 부분적인 갈등을 마구 쑤시고 없는것도 만들어내어 극도의 열등감과 피해의식을 조장하여 이간질을 시키려고 한다.

미국과 남한의 인연은 각별하다. 빨갱이 간첩씹쌔끼들이 지엽적이고 부분적인 갈등을 마구 물고 늘어져서 정작 중요한 핵심을 가리고 흐리게하여 못보게하고 돼지들에게 지독한 피해의식을 조장하여 이간질 시킬려고 하는데 이것은 어디까지나 어리석은 돼지들에게나 먹혀드는 수법이다.

미군 나간다고 하니 속으로는 쾌재라 하면서 돼지들 표떨어질까봐 속임수를 쓰는거 뿐이다. 겉으로는 붙잡는척하고 뒤로는 발로 마구 차서 럼스펠드 약올려서 쫒아낼거다. 이놈들은 어디까지나 위수김동 하던 놈들이다. 속아선 안된다.
